Gartner’s leaders say that Emotion AI will personalize interactions. The technology is quite manifest to create more personalized user experiences. The technology marvels at interpreting customers’ emotions. For instance; a smart fridge that interprets how you feel.
Think Automation illustrates emotion AI as an AI program that can detect and respond to the way you are feeling. It is just another name for sentiment analysis.
SEJ has also expressed its slant on Emotional AI by saying that Artificial emotional intelligence computing technology can help business and media ventures improve their advertising and marketing messages.
Human emotions exist on a spectrum. There are more than half of the hundred emotions expressed by humans. Using AI in this context, helping engineers to program systems that could understand human sentiments convalescent will help adequately to solve issues complex with human sentiments.
