Its long profitable relationship with Apple could be sunsetting shortly, but Intel’s still has a rather massive footprint at the PC marketplace.

There is never a fantastic time to get complacent, however (a lesson that the firm learned the hard way on the cell front).

This week that the processor giant is debuting its very own notebook, that the NUC M15. More correctly, the NUC M15 Laptop Kitthe unit is in fact a white-label system.

It is basically a reference layout so smaller apparatus manufacturers do not need to dedicate to the lengthy and costly process of building a system from scratch.

It’s, as The Verge notes, perhaps not the first time that the business has generated this type of reference layout.

It recently made a gaming platform to comparable ends. But similar to the current MacBooks, the machine is designed to provide high performance in a package made for productivity.

There are two settings for your machine, including either a Core i7 chip combined with 16GB of RAM or a Core i5 using 8GB of RAM.

That will, obviously, be matched with Windows 10, which will make the most of this 15.6-inch touchscreen.

Pricing and time and all that fantastic stuff will probably depend on which sellers take the machine throughout the finish line.
