As per a very intriguing leak, It looks like Call of Duty 2023 will be releasing on November 10th.

During the US Federal Trade Commission vs. Microsoft hearing, a Federal Judge inadvertently disclosed that Call of Duty 2023 is scheduled for a November release.
Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley also stated during proceedings that COD 2023 will launch on PlayStation platforms.
