Valve has announced a new official controller for Steam, marking a return after discontinuing the Steam Controller five years ago.
Named the Wireless Horipad for Steam, it will launch exclusively in Japan on October 31.
The controller will be available in four colors and priced around $50
The Wireless Horipad features Bluetooth wireless and USB-C wired connections, along with extensive customization options through Hori's software.

Unlike the original Steam Controller, it lacks rumble feedback, the four signature back buttons, and trackpads.
The controller bears resemblance to Hori's wired Horipad Pro for Xbox consoles but includes key improvements like wireless capability and four programmable buttons.
